The simple basic design allows large internal openings to pick up the pressure and transfer it into the impulse line without fear of plugging. When properly installed, Pitot Tubes have an accuracy of +-1% of the total flow.

This Pitot Tube is our basic sensor. All that is needed is to determine the proper location for the sensor. Then burn or drill a hole in the pipe or ductwork (1/4" metal or thicker) weld the fitting to the pipe, install the packing gland, slide in the sensor, turn the valves parallel to the flow stream and tighten the packing gland.Model #272:
This Pitot Tube is the double mounted version of our basic sensor, but it will allow a much greater amount of flow without damage to the sensor.Model #201:
This Pitot Tube is our standard flanged unit that will allow much higher temperature and pressure based upon the flange rating. This unit can be fitted for double mounting.Model #237:
This Pitot Tube is our super duty flanged unit that will accept much higher flows and severe service. This sensor diameter is 2-1/2" which gives it much greater strength than our standard sensor. This unit can be fitted for double mounting.Model #205#:
This Pitot Tube is for low to medium pressure service. This sensor makes it possible to install and remove without shutting down the system. This model has a safety chain to prevent the pressure from pushing it out of the isolation section of the hot tap mounting device.Model #210:
This Pitot Tube is for high pressure services. This sensor can be installed under high pressure without shutting down the system. We have corrected the common problem of the single nut tightening, by using the heavy duty tie rods system of tightening the packing gland.Contact the factory for more information.
