Quality Products & Sales fabricates two styles of
straightening vane in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel, other material
available. Each bundle is Heliarc welded at both ends to assure stability and
alignment of the tubes. After welding, each tube is ground flush and precision
reamed to assure disturbance free flow through the tubes.
Flange Type
Straightening Vane: This style has a wafer welded to one end of the vane.
The wafer is sandwiched between pipe flanges.
Pin Type Straightening
Vane: This style is held in place by utilizing a set screw through the pipe
wall and a pressure pad to accommodate the set screw on the vane. Very useful
if flanges are not already in the line.
